Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our DKNY Dresses Sales team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the management and growth of wholesale accounts, executing seasonal selling strategies, and ensuring exceptional service for key retail partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Vice President of Sales in managing and growing wholesale accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare for and participate in seasonal market appointments, showroom presentations, and customer meetings.
- Present seasonal assortments and identify opportunities to maximize sales performance.
- Manage order entry, order revisions, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Analyze selling reports and account performance to identify business opportunities and sales trends.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure successful order execution and delivery.
- Maintain account information, pricing, seasonal selling tools, and showroom samples while supporting overall sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in wholesale apparel sales, account management, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with major retail accounts is preferred.
- Experience with NuOrder or similar wholesale order management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is: $65,000 – $75,000 per year.
