The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Buyer to support our product and sourcing function.

This is a role focused on execution, organisation, and supplier coordination.

You will work closely with our senior team to ensure suppliers are onboarded correctly, commercial terms are aligned, and products move smoothly from development to production.

This is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build deep experience in buying, sourcing, and supplier management within a fast-growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supplier Coordination & Onboarding

  • Support onboarding of new factories and suppliers
  • Assist in getting contracts reviewed, agreed, and signed
  • Maintain accurate supplier documentation and records

Commercial Support

  • Support negotiations on pricing, MOQs, and terms
  • Track costings and ensure alignment with margin targets
  • Assist in cost control and margin improvement initiatives

Product & Range Support

  • Support new product development from a buying perspective
  • Help track timelines from sampling through to production
  • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date

Supplier Management

  • Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers
  • Support relationship management and follow-ups
  • Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, merchandising, and leadership teams
  • Support coordination across departments to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years experience in buying, sourcing, or product-related roles (or strong internship experience)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Commercial awareness and interest in margins and cost control
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fashion, activewear, or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with supplier management or production processes
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets / tracking tools

  • Contracts and commercial terms are well tracked and aligned
  • Product timelines are supported and met
  • Communication between teams and suppliers is clear and consistent
