Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder role based in Greensboro, NC. The Keyholder will serve as an essential part of the retail team, assisting with daily operations, ensuring the store’s smooth functioning, and supporting sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing cash handling procedures, addressing customer inquiries, building customer relationships, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Collaboration with team members and leadership to drive sales and create an exceptional customer experience will also be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to educate customers about merchandise
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and leadership
- Experience in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create positive and memorable in-store experiences
- Proficiency in store operations, including opening and closing tasks, inventory management, and cash handling
- Problem-solving ability and strong organizational skills
- Leadership experience or potential to motivate and support colleagues
- Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory
