WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide services with our “Gold Standard” of customer care
Conduct personalized guest consultations to ensure their vision is met
Expertly apply lash extensions, lifts, tinting, threading, and more
Educate guests on our services, products, and memberships
Build a loyal guest base and promote salon offerings
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
Collaborate with the team to uphold our luxurious salon image
WHAT YOU BRING
A passion for beauty and making guests feel radiant
Exceptional customer service and clear communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a creative, artistic flair

An active Wisconsin Cosmetology or Esthetics license
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive pay: $45,000 – $85,000/year (base + commission, tips, bonuses)
