Job Title: Team Leader for Massage Department
Qualifications:
Professional, Licensed Massage Therapist with 2+ years of professional experience.
Friendly, customer service-oriented, team player attitude.
Flexibility and basic computer knowledge.
Experience in body treatments, scrubs, and massage techniques/modalities.
Primary Functions:
Providing outstanding service excellence.
Assisting Spa Director in the generation and enhancement of revenue.
Establishing and maintaining a smooth and consistent flow of general spa operations.
Managing retail store, inventory, and training.
Handling opening/closing duties; delegating to staff to maintain company and operational standards.
Recruiting, training, staffing, and scheduling.
Additional Requirements:
Satisfactory attendance and job performance history.
Experience working with a Point of Sale (Book4
Time knowledge desirable) and answering phones in a customer service environment.
Preferable supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service-focused environment.
Spa/Salon experience is a plus.
Computer literate with good typing skills;
Microsoft Office 365 (mail, calendar, Word, Excel) experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: Position is commission-based.
