Job Purpose
This role will drive Polo Ralph Lauren’s retail and corporate training programs and continuously coordinate and communicate with international team’s trainers to ensure global alignment of training strategies and priorities.
Core Accountabilities
– Develop and deliver in corporate programs in people development and organizational culture.
– Design, develop and execute training programs to enhance staff’s knowledge and
skills in selling, customer service, communication and leadership.
– Coordinate and deliver other corporate and retail initiation such as Town-hall meeting,
awards ceremony, retail conference and store on-site coaching.
– Translate materials for developing contents of both corporate and retail programs.
– Work with retail team to review, amend and enhance training programs and delivery.
– Coordinate and communicate with international team’s trainers to ensure global alignment of
training strategies and priorities.
– Support company events and employee engagement activities including ESG initiatives
– Manage the organization’s Learning Management System and training budget
Requirements
• Degree holder with minimum 7 years retail training and management training experiences in
multinational companies is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver trainings and host events
• Contents development skills for retail and corporate training programs
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
• Leadership, Communication, CS Leaders, SMAT certificates are preferable.
