Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring Assistant Managers for our salon in the Chicago South Loop (University Center). In this role you will help create a winning team with the Store Manager, ensuring clients look great and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily salon operations and staff schedules.
- Coordinating solutions to customer and team issues.
- Maintaining a large client base through high-quality service.
- Supporting ongoing training to keep staff up-to-date on the latest haircut trends.
Assistant managers average $24–39 per hour, including base pay, tips, and incentives.

Job Requirements
- A valid Illinois cosmetology or barber license
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Management experience in a salon preferred but not required
