– Maintain a clean and organized work station
– Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist
– Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques
– Knowledge of hair threading and other grooming services
– Ability to use salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Upselling abilities to promote salon products and services
– Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and managing inventory
– Valid cosmetology license or certification
– Experience in store management is a plus
