Our Esthetics program offers high quality, results‑driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post‑treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between “getting a facial” and “having a skincare ritual.”
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world‑class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top‑level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on the client’s individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
