Job Description
We are looking for an experienced manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.
As manager, your core responsibilities include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for our clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Industry passion
- 2 years of salon management
