Role Description
The Lifestyle Manager will work to provide exceptional support and personalized lifestyle management services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and sophistication. This part-time hybrid role is based in George Town but allows for some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include managing bespoke concierge services, coordinating events, addressing client requests, and cultivating strong relationships to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lifestyle Management and delivering excellent Concierge Services
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a client-focused mindset
- Experience and creativity in Event Planning and organizational capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain discretion, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of luxury industry trends and an understanding of high-net-worth individuals’ expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in hospitality, events, or related fields
