As we continue our rapid international expansion, we’re looking for a Logistics Support Manager to strengthen our operations team.
What you’ll do:
Oversee and coordinate global shipments and deliveries
Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Handle logistics documentation and invoicing from end to end
Support international warehousing and 3PL coordination
Proactively solve logistics issues and optimize efficiency
Collaborate with sales, suppliers, and clients across Europe, USA, and Asia
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience in international logistics and supply chain support
Strong understanding of customs procedures, import/export rules, and incoterms
Familiarity with logistics documentation (packing lists, invoices, certificates, etc.)
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of accuracy
Fluent in English (French, Dutch ore any other languages are a plus)
