We are seekingdynamicand passionate Luxury Beauty Advisors tojoin our team. As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, deliveringexceptional serviceand expertise to our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
Demonstrating in-depthproduct knowledgeacross our portfolio of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.
Assisting clients with product selection, application techniques, and skincare routines to achieve their desired results.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-upcommunicationand personalized service.
Meeting and exceedingsales targetswhile upholding the highest standards ofprofessionalismand integrity.
Staying current on beauty trends, industry developments, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Contributing to a positive andcollaborative teamenvironment, ensuring the seamless operation of the beauty department.
Requirements:
Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably within the beauty industry.
Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Exceptionalcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect withdiverseclientele.
Proven track recordof meeting and exceedingsales targetsin aretail environment.
Ability to workflexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
