A global culinary group is seeking an experienced retail consultant who can offer part time advice to the brand across a broad range of areas within their business.
Their immediate areas of interest include retail operations and logistics, merchandising, customer experience, and marketing. However, they are seeking someone who can take a holistic look at the business, to help take the company to the next level.
Responsibilities
Run a thorough assessment and analysis of all current operations, instore, online, and throughout the supply chain
Analyse customer behaviour and trends, and compare against market benchmarks
Monitor performance against KPIs and create regular reports to be circulated with findings and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience in a combination of both consulting and retail management, with demonstrable experience in creating growth and change
Current retail market knowledge, and understanding of market trends in consumer behaviour
Exposure to different retail management systems and technology
Other Details
Duration: Part time (flexible commitment on days) for 2 months
Start date: ASAP
Day Rate: £1,000 LTD
Location: Predominantly remote, with some travel to company retail sites
