We are seeking a polished, high-energy Luxury Sales & Operations Associate who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and is eager to be a valuable part of both the sales floor and daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, fashion-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and client experience.

Position Overview

This position combines luxury sales support with operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong organizational and computer skills who can seamlessly assist with back office operations while also supporting the sales team and client experience on the floor during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the back office manager with:

• Shipping and receiving

• Ticketing merchandise

• Steaming and preparing garments

• Organizing inventory and stock areas

• General operational support

Support the sales floor by:

• Assisting the sales team during high-volume periods

• Helping ring sales and navigate POS systems

• Providing elevated client service and hospitality

• Maintaining visual and operational standards throughout the store

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge across apparel, accessories, and footwear

• Maintain a polished and professional presentation

• Support overall store performance and team goals

• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced luxury retail environment

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, boutique, or fashion experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable with computer systems and POS technology

• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor

• High energy with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods
