As a Barber, you will provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize various hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and threading.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop environment.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments through MINDBODY.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and grooming techniques.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and threading.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience with store management and front desk operations is a plus.
Knowledge of makeup application is beneficial but not required.
Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
