What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced facial and body treatments tailored to client needs
- Assess skin conditions and educate clients on skincare regimens and products
- Maintain high standards in cleanliness, professionalism, and service
- Promote home care, memberships, and retail to support client results and clinic growth
- Accurately document all treatments and follow clinical protocols
- Collaborate with providers to guide clients toward their aesthetic goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years in a medspa, derm, plastic surgery, or similar setting
- Strong communication, empathy, and client relationship skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about skincare
- Team player with flexible availability and a commitment to continued education
