CAMILLA is on the hunt for an experienced Planner to join our Buying and Planning Tribe!

In this critical role, you will manage all aspects of product planning to support and enhance our merchandise strategy. As a Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily processing of inventory across various channels, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maximising sales opportunities.

What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis…

Actively trade categories, continuously reviewing commitment against current sales performance and reacting accordingly.

Plan category intake and stock levels to minimise stockholding and maximise sales opportunities whilst ensuring the correct level of newness.

Ensure the product strategy and the Merch plan are consistent and adjusted to reflect most the recent commercial and creative direction.

Work closely with the Allocator to ensure category allocations are reflective of current strategies, review store performance and consolidation requirements.

Work closely with the Buyer to ensure the ranging and the ultimate buy reflects store plans, as well as intended lifespan and stockturn.

Track daily sales by channel/location and closely analysing weekly and monthly sales performance to make effective trading decisions and re-plan the season.

Track purchases and delivery schedules to ensure Merch plans and all Planning reporting is accurately maintained and summarised for regular reviews with the Buying/Planning Manager.

Liaise with and support Allocator/Retail Analyst in managing stock ownership and stock transfers between Wholesale and Retail.

What are looking for in our new Planner…

3+ years experience in the Retail/ Fashion industry as a Planner (premium retail preferred)

A solid understanding of retail operations, with exposure to Wholesale and International business channels

Highly proficient in Excel, and exposure to retail reporting systems and merchandise planning tools

An understanding of online sales channels and KPIs to measure online trade

Ability to tailor reporting to meet the specific needs of the department and overall business

Analytical mindset, including strong problem solving and mathematical reasoning skills
