该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1/Merchandising planning of assigned category-30% -Build product assortment and grow business of assigned category with consolidation of selective global and regional line based on instruction from line manager. -Cooperate with global team about market trend share and category feedback to deliver GCA regional request. -Collaborate with local designer & developer team to drive regional SMU product creation according to category target to fulfill regional market request. -Conduct merchandising related analysis such as sell-in & sell thru and review with line manager to strengthen merchandising skill and optimize product assortment based on findings. 2/Product information & data management-50% -Regularly maintain product information & data including product seasonal database, calendar, range plan, MP & delivery status report etc. -Update monthly sell-thru data and deck to track monthly sales status and good/flop sellers. -Seasonally update competitor price structure analysis and market trend file to facilitate team to work on product planning, also cultivate more boarder view of various categories. 3/Team support-20% -Offer proactive support routinely with information check & sharing, system management, sample tracking also external communication to help team finish tasks within time frame. -Support on key meetings and events with meeting set up, process coordination, GTM toolkit checking, sample management etc. to make sure smooth process is going. -Quick response to ad-hoc request. 任职资格: 1/5+ years’ experience of apparel product merchandising or in related areas. 2/Bachelor's degree in merchandising or apparel related field. 3/fluency in verbal and written communication. 4/Passion for sports & fashion trend 5/Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills 6/Good team spirit and communication skill
