Bailey Blue is a fast fashion junior/ young contemporary/missy manufacturer looking for a sales representative with strong connections with Missy/ junior/contemporary retailers. Relationships with PD accounts important! Based in Los Angeles, Bailey Blue uses its vast global network of manufacturers to create high fashion at accessible prices. With multi brands under our parent company growing, we currently service everyone from offprice, boutiques, to specialty retailers. We are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us with tons of opportunity and great product to bring on new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling sales presentations and product assortments for accounts
- Consistently research assigned accounts and the market to identify opportunities to grow or expand
- Formulate and execute seasonal sales plans, including managing profitability of the account
- Manage all customer-related activities, including order maintenance and confirmations
- Track retail selling weekly to discover new opportunities for re-orders and go-forward strategies and share internally as well
- Work with Design and Production teams on special cut opportunities
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
