What the job does{{{{:}}}}We have been through some phenomenal growth recently and as such, we have split our EMEA function into three; focusing on Southern Europe, Northern Europe and the Middle East. Due to this growth, it means we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious ecommerce focused National Account Manager to join our fabulous Commercial team, focusing on Northern Europe!

You’ll be responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships with our amazing retail partners as well as identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating best in class reciprocal support to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online.

You’ll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.

Key Accountabilities{{{{:}}}}

You will build and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within your designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility, and exposure

Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams

Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category, and channel performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs

Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner

Deliver limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate

Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning

Work closely with Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR, to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering{{{{:}}}} activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention.

Build strong working relationships with our fabulous ecommerce team, utilising insight from our own channel site to drive performance of Pureplay retailers

Support the development and performance of National Account Executive and wider team, building functional expertise and driving relationship management with the trade

Requirements

Ideally you will have demonstrable experience operating as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager, ideally within beauty/luxury/fashion industry, although we are open on industry background.

You will be highly numerate, target-driven and commercially savvy. Your pride yourself on finding creative solutions to challenges and you a strong passion for working in the beauty industry.
