Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory stock levels across the UK, France, and the US.
Ensure production schedules align with customer order fulfilment timelines.
Raise purchase orders (POs) with UK suppliers for packaging and materials.
Assist with sales forecasting across 18 SKUs, collaborating closely with the Marketing team on promotional activities.
Support the Sales team with promotions, events, and customer-specific requirements and forecast of product.
Process retailer orders efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to track and manage stock movements.
Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier and internal relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, focused on Excel; experience with ERP systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement processes, and inventory management.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Desirable:
Experience working within FMCG, beauty, fashion, manufacturing.
Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing principles.
Project management experience or qualification.
