As the Planning Team Leader in Logistics Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of operations, as well as the responsibility of conducting performance analysis, developing improvement plans, monitoring day-to-day operations, performing root cause analysis, serving as a point of contact for external stakeholders, and conducting on-ground visits to identify and address operational gaps.
Conducting end-to-end analysis of performance to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to achieve our targets.
Monitoring the day on day operations.
Performing root cause analysis for failures and implementing effective action plans to enhance operations and proactively prevent future incidents.
Serving as the point of contact between external stakeholders and ground operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Developing monthly and seasonal plans that are efficient and aligned with business requirements, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
Establishing visibility for ground operations, ensuring transparency and accessibility of information.
On ground visits to observe the gaps that we have and initiate improvements for it.
What you’ll need:

Background in E-commerce operations: Familiar with the intricacies and dynamics of E-commerce business processes.
Proficient in SQL: Possesses strong skills in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
1-2 years of experience in planning or analysis: Experienced in planning and/or analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making.
