We’re seeking a Packaging Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join a fast-paced creative team. This role involves building out packaging artwork—including labeling and production specs—while collaborating cross-functionally to meet brand and business goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for design, technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrives on taking direction and executing with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute artwork for packaging and labeling across product lines
Handle production-ready files, spec creation, and revision cycles
Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to meet project timelines
Interpret and execute conceptual direction into finalized design
Ensure packaging aligns with brand standards, retail requirements, and seasonal trends
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in packaging or graphic design (apparel or fashion industry preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Strong understanding of color, style, and visual merchandising
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow direction closely
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Team player who collaborates well and communicates proactively
Experience working with fashion buyers is a major plus
Demonstrates integrity and forward-thinking in design execution
