Part-Time Boutique Stylist & E-Commerce Associate Jobs in Pittsburgh at Gals on and off the Green

Gals on and off the Green is a boutique retailer dedicated to offering stylish, comfortable, and versatile fashion for women of all sizes. Since 2004, we have been passionate about providing a wide selection of golf, resort, leisure, and sportswear that combines fit, fashion, and function to support women in their active lifestyles.
<Overview>
Our Pittsburgh flagship store blends personalized styling, community events, and a strong online presence. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable handling online product and order management.
<In-Store (approx. 15 hrs/week):>
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience
- Build relationships and create repeat clients
- Maintain a polished, welcoming store environment
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays
- Support events and trunk shows
<E-Commerce / Remote (approx. 10–15 hrs/week):>
- Upload and manage products on our online store
- Process and fulfill online orders
- Keep inventory and product listings accurate
- Assist with basic product posting/social media (a plus)
<What We’re Looking For>
- Friendly, outgoing, and client-focused
- Interest in fashion, retail, or golf/lifestyle apparel
- Comfortable with technology (Shopify or similar is a plus)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
