KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expert hair services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
Provide consultations to understand hair goals and offer personalized recommendations.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, techniques, and products.
Educate guests on hair care routines and product usage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon space.
Collaborate with our team to ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience.
Valid and active cosmetology license in Washington state.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled in a variety of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
Punctual, professional, and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Strong background in guest education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
Full-time position, includes Saturdays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, we have established the following physical requirements.
This position requires knowledge of various aspects of guest care.
Must have strong organizational skills to manage both administrative tasks and guest services seamlessly.
This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other salon technologies.
Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
