Duties
Provide a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients and managing payments.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Offer nail care services as needed, ensuring comprehensive grooming options for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
Experience in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
Proficient in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and payment processing.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain hygiene standards in the salon.
