Join our dynamic retail team as a Part-Time Weekend Retail Associate! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with customers. Required schedule will be Saturdays from 10am-3pm and Sundays from Noon-4pm. This is a permanent PART-TIME position for only 9 guaranteed hours per week. The position is scheduled to begin on Saturday, May 16.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Answer questions about merchandise
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising and stocking
- Handle cash and cards with integrity
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone
- Light cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively during busy weekend shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Knowledge of plus-size fashion is preferred

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
