noon, the region’s leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:
Team noon comprises some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.
Support in preparing and uploading employment contracts offer letters & consultancy contracts for all regions.
Support in preparation of all HR letters
Data input on HRMS
Prepare salary transfer letters & update employees’ bank details changes on HRMS
Support the offboarding team with EOS letters
Assist on JIRA requests – Salary certificates and NOC letters
Maintain employee trackers & data
Provide Adhoc support to People Service
What you’ll need
Previous experience in an HR administration role or internship.
Previous experience dealing with high-volume admin tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong bias for action.
Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities & deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
Highly organized.
