JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Director of Product Development in ensuring smooth product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about jewelry design and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the end-to-end product development process for seasonal jewelry collections.
· Track development calendars and ensure deadlines are met for each stage of product development.
· Communicate daily with our factory to request samples, confirm specs, and follow up on development status.
· Coordinate sample management, including tracking and organizing.
· Maintain product development files, including price sheets, WIP and style master lists.
· Review samples for accuracy in design, quality, and construction; communicate necessary revisions to the factory.
· Partner with the merchandising and design team to translate sketches into production-ready specifications.
SOFT SKILLS
· Ability to communicate (orally and written) in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external company contacts.
· Attention to details – ensuring precision in data entry.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
· Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Business or related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development or a similar role (jewelry industry preferred but not mandatory).
· Understanding of fine jewelry materials, gemstones and production processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
