Location: Edina, MN (Onsite). This role requires frequent travel to Sauk Rapids, MN.
Role Overview
As a Product Development Manager, you will join the team to spearhead the design and development of products that maintain our leadership in the market across North America, Canada, and Australia. You will balance creativity and strategy, leveraging consumer insights to deliver delightful products. Reporting to the Product Development Director, you will work closely with Design, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and overseas Sourcing teams. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple initiatives in our dynamic, collaborative environment.
Day in the Life
- Research and identify market needs to ideate new product concepts.
- Lead product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with teams to manage product timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct post-launch reviews for performance analysis and improvement.
- Monitor trends and feedback to identify innovation opportunities.
Your Qualifications
- 5-7 years in product, program, or project management experience.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and margin analysis.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Experience balancing customer-centric development with financial goals.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
