Product Listing & Inventory Processing Associate

About the Role
Blair’s Closet is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help process inventory for our online and retail operations.
This is an entry-level position focused on data entry, product processing, and inventory preparation.
You will primarily be working with women’s clothing, shoes, accessories, and general merchandise, preparing items to be listed online and sold in-store.
A basic understanding of women’s fashion (brands, clothing types, sizing) is helpful for accurately identifying and processing items.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create product listings using our internal system
- Enter product details such as size, brand, and condition
- Match items with photos and descriptions already provided
- Print labels and prepare items for inventory
- Hang, tag, and organize clothing
- Help move processed inventory to the appropriate area (online or retail)

What We’re Looking For

- Willing to learn and follow systems
Bonus (not required):
- Basic familiarity with eBay or online selling
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience
Schedule
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available after training (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Compensation
- $15/hour starting pay
- Employee discount
- Paid time off (available after 90 days)
All employees receive a 90-day performance review, with the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance, reliability, and consistency.
