Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Provide customer support and maintain constant communication
- Troubleshoot issues and assist clients with product usage
- Coordinate and organize marketing efforts
- Supervise social media activities
Requirements:
- Degree or experience in Communications, PR, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Excellent command of Armenian
- Good command of English is a plus
