Support team within the assigned product category.
Support manager and team on mainline and PRO development from proto to production.
Track the development and receipt of showroom samples.
Provide and maintain accurate and organized information for samples, sample deliveries, and troubleshoot issues.
Input, update, and finalize all product details in PLM (product lifecycle management software).
Assist in color development and material process (color standards, lab dips, masters, etc.).
Support in counter source development & sustainability goals.
Drive wear test process to aid in product quality initiatives.
Process invoices in Ariba procurement system.
Maintain product detail data for cross-functional partners.
Salary range: $24.04 – $42.79 hourly
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience in product development and materials preferred.
Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information.
Strong computer skills and systems knowledge – PLM, Air Table, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Detail and team oriented; embodies the CFAs of the RL Brand.
