We are a fast-paced apparel manufacturing company in Downtown Los Angeles looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Production Coordinator to help run day-to-day operations across cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing.
This is not a passive desk job. You will be on the floor, in the action, making sure production moves, deadlines are hit, and clients stay happy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the bridge between departments (cutting, sewing, printing, QC, finishing)
- Track all orders and make sure deadlines are hit
- Follow up with teams on production status daily
- Communicate with clients: updates, issues, timelines
- Manage emails, POs, and order tracking
- Support printing and production teams to maintain quality standards
- Solve problems fast when things go wrong (because they will)

- Organized, fast, and on top of everything
- Strong communicator (clients + internal teams)
- Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Problem-solver mindset — you don’t wait, you fix
- Detail-oriented (small mistakes cost money here)
- Bilangual is plus English and Spanish
