Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Line Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our pillow manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves leading a 15-20 person line, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices. Duties
- Assist supervisor and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing line, ensuring smooth operations and timely output
- Lead manufacturing team members, providing clear instructions, training, and support to optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards by inspecting products, processes, and sanitation practices regularly
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, and reduce waste
Requirements
- Proven experience in textile manufacturing
- Ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication skills and leadership qualities
- Basic math skills for data analysis, inventory management, and process calculations
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments and regulatory/legal compliance standards in manufacturing
