We are looking for an ambitious and service oriented Showroom Manager to become the face of our Budapest showroom and help us deliver an outstanding luxury client experience.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome and style clients in our Budapest showroom
- Build and maintain long term relationships with private clients
- Deliver a personalised luxury shopping experience
- Manage showroom appointments and daily operations
- Support made-to-measure consultations
- Follow up with clients after purchases
- Develop VIP clientele through proactive clienteling
- Coordinate trunk shows, private events and showroom experiences
- Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest luxury standards
- Support collection launches and merchandising
- Work closely with the founder and creative team
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in (luxury) fashion, premium retail or personal styling
- Loves working with people and building relationships
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is proactive and commercially minded
- Has an exceptional eye for style and presentation
- Is organised and detail oriented
- Speaks fluent Hungarian and English
- Enjoys working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Experience in clienteling, luxury hospitality or premium brands is a strong advantage.
