Key Purpose of the Job:
Planning, executing, and managing various instore promotions with retail team & store team for the growth of Korean retail stores.
Key Area of Responsibility:
Build up Strategy for New Business Opportunities and Channel Development
Formulate retail road map and negotiation strategy with Sr. retail manager
Negotiation with landlords for new door opening, revamping and relocations
Represent company and brand at Dept store & shopping mall meetings to expose brand power
Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of profitable new doors
Provide qualitative feedback on market trends
Retail and Sales Operation
Maintain smooth operations of overall store(s) management
Hiring excellent store staffs
Optimize sales through effective implementation of business strategies
Set up and carry out the right promotion through close negotiations with landlords
Motivate and drive the store team to achieve all store(s) KPIs
Provide training and coaching on product and customer service to staff
Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standards
Provide professional customer services to customers
Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
Ensure proper inventory management
Provide sales achievement and daily operations
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels & retail management
Perform stable internal operation functions such as SAP and POS
Minimum Relevant Experience:
At least 7 years of sales management experience obtained in fashion industry
Required Professional Qualification:
1. Strong computer skill: Excel,word,powerpoint
2. Enhanced sales forecasting and analysis capabilities.
3. Industry:ideally in apparel / fashion / Footwear
Required Language:
1: English Fluency: Quite Fluent
2: Korean Fluency: Local Level
