Where does this role fit within Ted’s Team?

The role of the Retail Coordinator is to partner with the VP of Retail to deliver Ted’s Growth Formula. Organizing and delivering all required administrative tasks, supporting daily and periodic reporting and collation of key KPI information. As part of the wider Retail Team, this role is also responsible for supporting key operational duties in close collaboration with the District Managers and Retail Operations team. To be accountable for spurring the business forward and be an inspirational ambassador of Ted who understands and promotes the Company ‘Values’ and ‘Strategy’

Reports to:VP of Retail, North America

In Office expectations:Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Main Responsibilities:

Display confident leadership, effectively inspiring the team to achieve excellence

Work with integrity and respect for others

Display high levels of personal motivation and implement effective incentives to inspire and drive the team

Create an effective sales environment through strong understanding of NA Retail business performance across all divisions

Comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of location actuals, targets and KPI’s

Complete weekly administration and data collation for and with the VP of Retail

Collation of key KPI’s

Collation of Periodic Bonus, Holiday Incentives, Titanium T and other sales initiatives across North America

Collation of data capture performance

Work to set budgets (P&Ls) and effectively manage the controllable elements of the store profit and loss to deliver contribution maintain spending within the periodic and years’ forecast

Support the VP of Retail and District Managers with organization of events throughout the year such as: Retail Meetings, Holiday Incentives etc.

Support the VP of Retail with various administrative tasks such as: prepare, assist, and compile agendas for meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations, analysis of data etc.

Collate and communicate information to wider Retail team and other locations

Other ad hoc tasks or projects that are required to support the VP of Retail and District Managers

Be knowledgeable of product, mix, holding and performance

Provide timely support and coaching to the team at all levels on a pro-active and re-active basis

Be highly organized and ensure adherence to store administration, systems, and processes within Operational guidelines

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company business systems such as Cegid, AX, SharePoint and Thrive

Protect the assets of the Business ensuring locations follow Company standard and legal compliance in health & safety, maintenance, security, and loss prevention

Keep up to date with the Retail sector looking for new ways of working, and future initiatives which are relatable to Ted

Tools of the Job:

3 Years retail reporting experience

Proficient Excel knowledge (including Data Analysis, Vlook up, Pivot Tables, Cell Formatting etc.)

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Proactive Networking and Relationship Building

Highly organized

Competent Microsoft suite knowledge
