Mission
The Retail Director, reporting to the Country Managing Director of the Region, is leading the retail team in the achievement of sales and profitability targets of the network in Turkey, ensuring excellent customers management and development. The Retail Director leads, develops and operate the stores of Turkey with strong collaboration of the other functions in Turkey and Italy.
Responsibilities
Working with the Store managers to ensure high standard of service, client relationships, operations and proposing proper action plans to achieve targets,
Define and own the retail strategy, its’ development in the long term and its execution,
Ensure that the stores have optimal operational tools, guidelines and processes in place,
Grant the achievement of targets of all key stores performance indicators: Mystery shopping, Stores’ service KPIs, Sales, Discount policy, CRM linked KPI,
Responsible to build, manage and develop the retail team,
Controlling costs through management of suppliers, contracts, negotiations and careful review of all aspects of the store operations, being accountable for the retail P&L in collaboration with Finance & Administration,
Drive operations compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications/Professional Capabilities
At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury business or equivalent,
People management experience,
Proficient knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is nice to have,
Ability to understand and express business needs to various internal stakeholders,
Budget and reporting skills.
