YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Retail Intern at CELINE, you will report to the Team Manager and support the boutique team in delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to the daily life of the store. Your enthusiasm for our collections, your sense of service, and your willingness to learn will enable you to support the team in upholding the sophistication, excellence, and timelessness of the Maison. Working closely with the boutique team, you will contribute to maintaining CELINE’s prestigious brand image in every interaction.
YOUR IMPACT
Business Development
- Support the team in contributing to the store’s business success by assisting with sales activities and delivering a high level of service on the shopfloor.
- Assist Client Advisors in understanding client needs and providing a welcoming, attentive, and personalized experience.
- Support product presentation and preparation to ensure the boutique environment reflects CELINE’s standards of excellence.
- Develop knowledge of CELINE’s product universe and complementary categories to support cross-selling opportunities where relevant.
Team and People
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team, supporting colleagues in daily activities and contributing to both individual and collective objectives.
- Foster a positive and proactive team spirit through reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to assist where needed.
- Demonstrate curiosity and openness, embracing opportunities to learn from experienced team members and develop within the Maison.
- Participate in team meetings and support follow-up actions where required.
Client Development
- Welcome clients into the boutique and ensure they feel comfortable in the CELINE environment.
- Support the delivery of an exceptional client journey by assisting during client appointments, fittings, and sales ceremonies.
- Contribute to building strong client relationships through attentive service and a client-centric mindset.
- Develop an understanding of personalized clienteling and the importance of long-term client loyalty.
- Support client-related preparations, including gifting coordination and product readiness where applicable.
Operations Excellence
- Uphold CELINE’s standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
- Be actively part of the operational life of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational follow-up documents and providing administrative support linked to boutique activity.
- Support the preparation and coordination of in-store events, client appointments, and boutique materials where necessary.
- Help maintain the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and presentation, both front and back of house.
Image & Brand
- Act as a CELINE ambassador by embodying the Maison’s values, service standards, and professional image.
- Develop knowledge of CELINE’s heritage, collections, and product stories to support the team in enriching the client experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of grooming and personal presentation in line with CELINE’s image.
- Contribute to preserving the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the boutique at all times.
KEY FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
- You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in a customer centric role, within the fashion or luxury industry.
- A first experience in retail, hospitality, client service, or a customer-facing environment would be an advantage.
Competencies:
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- A passion for challenges and a collective drive to achieve set objectives.
- Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are crucial for success at CELINE.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
Languages:
Swedish and English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
