Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand at the forefront of a rapidly expanding sector based on nature and science. They are opening a flagship boutique in Venice, CA, designed to redefine the luxury beauty and wellness experience onsite in Los Angeles.
The Role
They are seeking an inspired Head of Retail Experience to lead their Venice location. This is a rare opportunity to create an unforgettable client experience, guide a passionate team, and shape a flagship store. Initially, the role will be primarily based at their Venice location; however, this may change as the business continues to grow and evolve.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team
- Curate extraordinary customer experiences in line with the brand's luxury positioning
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Drive performance through sales data and KPIs to meet ambitious goals
- Build relationships with customers, the local community, and brand partners
- Uphold the brand's design and aesthetic standards throughout the store
