Role Description This is a senior sales leadership role with full ownership of CHARLES & KEITH SOUTH KOREA Retail channel revenue, profitability, and operational performance, while driving overall sales growth through alignment with the online channel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales & P&L Ownership (Primary Responsibility)

  • Full accountability for total Retail store revenue and P&L nationwide (SOUTH KOREA)
  • Establish annual/quarterly Retail sales targets and execute growth strategies
  • Manage store KPIs (productivity, ASP, ATV, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Analyze store-level performance and develop improvement plans for underperforming locations
  • Review cost structure and lead profitability improvement initiatives
  • Lead new store opening strategies and restructuring of existing stores
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements across all stores

2. Online Channel Alignment (Secondary but Integrated)

  • Monitor online sales trends and develop synergy strategies with Retail
  • Optimize O2O promotions and inventory operations
  • Maintain consistency in pricing and promotional policies across channels
  • Leverage online data insights to identify and grow offline sales opportunities

3. Inventory & Commercial Performance

  • Collaborate with MD and logistics teams to manage optimal inventory levels and stock turn
  • Drive focus on bestsellers and improve low-efficiency SKUs
  • Ensure inventory health and minimize revenue loss
  • Optimize seasonal strategies and sales policies

4. Leadership & Governance

  • Oversee performance management of the Retail organization and store managers
  • Set KPI-based objectives and conduct performance evaluations
  • Build an execution-driven organizational culture
  • Support executive reporting and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Retail operations experience (multi-store management required)
  • Proven experience in P&L ownership and overall sales management
  • Track record of improving store productivity and profitability
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean
