Role Purpose:
To support the Store Manager by managing behind-the-scenes operations, allowing the manager to focus on strategic tasks and team leadership. This role is responsible for inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Management
Manage all incoming and outgoing stock, including unpacking deliveries, replenishment, and processing transfers.
Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage inventory records, report discrepancies, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and back-of-house area.
Store Operations Support (运营支持)
Coordinate and execute store events, promotions, and visual merchandising updates.
Support daily operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and managing schedules.
Team & Administrative Support (团队与行政支持)
Assist the Store Manager in streamlining operational procedures and maintaining SOPs.
Provide general administrative support to the manager and the wider team as needed.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail operations, stock management, or administrative role, preferably in apparel or fashion.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Personal Attributes: Proactive and able to work independently; a collaborative team player; problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility: Must have full working rights in Australia
