We are seeking a dynamic Retail Metaphysical Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a metaphysical retail environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their inquiries
– Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences
– Keep the sales floor clean and organized
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience
– Friendly and positive attitude
– Keeps a "positive" energy feel to the store
– Excellent communication skills
– Experience in metaphysical practices is a plus
– Attention to detail
– Basic math skills/Ability to make change. You can use a calculator if needed
– Time management/Punctual
*We are located in Chandler Fashion Center/Superstition Springs Mall, so you MUST be there on time to open. You must be willing to go to both locations. You need to be responsible to open and close on time. No late openings or early closings! If transportation is an issue or waking up on time, please do not apply. Must be able to work 10-11 hr. days. This is also a small work team with a family feel. We want someone who is looking for a forever job and who will love our store as much as we do!
