About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating with stores and clients, researching new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) for brand placement.
- Coordinate with MBOs for onboarding and product placement.
- Follow up with stores and clients regarding orders and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain order records, inventory details, and product data.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates.
- Handle client queries and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure timely deliveries and smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or fashion industry is preferred.
