Job Description:
Reddz Trading is seeking an experienced Store Manager / Buyer for our Georgetown location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in retail management and a solid knowledge of contemporary clothing brands. The ideal candidate is fashion-savvy, organized, dependable, and experienced in the resale/consignment business.
This role requires someone who can successfully manage day-to-day store operations, lead a team, and make strong buying decisions based on brand, style, condition, and seasonality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and staff
- Lead, support, and motivate the sales team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Buy and evaluate merchandise for resale
- Use knowledge of contemporary clothing brands and current trends to make informed buying decisions
- Provide excellent customer service to both shoppers and sellers
- Maintain store standards, merchandising, and overall visual presentation
- Assist with s store oversight
- Work weekends as required
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of retail experience required
- Previous management experience in a retail environment required
- Previous resale/consignment experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of contemporary clothing brands required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team
- Weekend availability is required
