Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, attentive service to every client, creating memorable experiences that build strong relationships and encourage loyalty.
- Support clients in selecting garments, offering styling advice, and guiding them through the purchase journey with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand, collections, and product details to confidently communicate features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Uphold store presentation to luxury standards, ensuring all visual merchandising and stock are maintained.
- Assist with daily operations including stock management, fitting room support, and POS transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and professional store environment.
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium fashion highly regarded).
- A genuine passion for client service and creating luxury experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Driven to achieve sales results while maintaining a client-first mindset.
- Professional presentation with an eye for styling and detail.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across a rotating roster including weekends.
