A successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar wholesale head office position, with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
This role is based 5 days per week in our London head office.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Confident in holding sales appointments
- Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of internal computer systems – ideally Zedonk & Joor
- Understanding of sell through analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving attitude
- Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic
- Comfortable with international travel
- Passionate about product
Main Responsibilities
- Support Senior Sales Executive with day to day running of assigned territory
- Service accounts with an exceptional level of customer service
- Hold market appointments in seasonal showrooms
- Target new business
- Order entry
- Send OC and invoices
- Update and add new account information to Joor and Zedonk
- Complete weekly and monthly sell-through trackers
- Collect and input PO numbers ahead of the delivery window and help to provide EAN codes for relevant accounts
- Support logistics and finance to ensure that all orders are sent out with no delays
- Send ATS and manage reorders and swaps
- Participate in weekly team meetings
