About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our 3,500 sq. ft. premium production studio. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the engine behind our business development efforts and the creative voice behind our brand.

  • Your mission is to position our studio as the premier destination for high-end fashion campaigns and large-scale productions. You will be responsible for filling the pipeline with high-value leads and ensuring our digital presence reflects the world-class quality of the work happening within our walls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Strategy & Outreach: Create and execute a strategy to reach out to relevant leads, including fashion brands, advertising agencies, and independent production houses.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (Creative Directors, Producers, and Marketing Heads).
  • Revenue Growth: Manage the sales funnel from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring consistent studio occupancy.
  • Tours & Pitching: Conduct studio walkthroughs for prospective clients and pitch our unique capabilities for large-scale projects.

2. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Brand Strategy: Plan and manage a multi-platform social media strategy that highlights our space, equipment, and portfolio.
  • Active Content Creation: Capture daily "Behind-the-Scenes" (BTS) content and high-quality visuals to showcase the studio’s energy and aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement: Manage digital interactions and build a community around the studio’s brand.

3. End-to-End Daily Operations

  • Operational Oversight: Handle the daily workflow of the 3,500 sq. ft. facility, ensuring it is always client-ready and functioning at 100%.
  • Client Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for production teams, ensuring their technical and hospitality needs are met during shoots.
  • Vendor & Booking Management: Coordinate equipment rentals, maintenance schedules, and third-party vendors.

  • The Content Native: You understand the nuances of social media and can quickly edit a Reel or post that looks as professional as the campaigns we host.
  • The Organized Operator: You have the discipline to manage a complex booking calendar and a large physical facility without breaking a sweat.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or production management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion or commercial production landscape is highly preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and Google applications like Doc, Excel online and eager to learn other softwares, especially AI tool ( think prompt engineering )
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
